About The Event
We are pleased to present the first public reading of “Inside/Outside", an exciting new play written by emerging American playwright Aida Garrido and directed by New York–based Romanian director Alexandru Mihail, which merges the theater of the absurd with screwball comedy to probe the fine line between fact and fiction. A young woman escapes the confines of an impending marriage to discover the real world — and her true self along with it. The workshop performance will be followed by a conversation with the creative team. Join the author, director and cast as well as other theater professionals in their effort to revise and reimagine the play and become part of the direct and intimate process that will shape the outcome.
